As we strive to follow Jesus together as one body, it’s understandable that individuals, groups, and organizations desire to host events at our facility. Please know that any activity must fall within our overall church vision to be considered, and it cannot interfere with a pre-scheduled ministry event.
River Oak Church reserves the right to deny any group for any reason, however, our team will consider requests that adhere to the following criteria:
• The person placing the request must be a member of River Oak.
• The request does not interfere with church ministry events or activities.
• Non-ministry use of the facility is discouraged on Saturdays due to the extensive amount of time required to set up for Sunday morning worship, staff availability, and the difficulty of securing the building on the weekend.
• All classrooms and meeting spaces must be left in the same condition in which they were found.
• Upon approval of your event, you will be provided with a Facility Use Agreement form and cleaning checklist which must be agreed upon and signed prior to the event.
